Graphene Oxide or Carbon Nanotubules CNTs can have serious effects on the body causing inflammation, cancer or autoimmune disease. Graphene toxicity is said to be dose-dependent, so the sooner you can eliminate this nanotechnology the healthier you will be.
How can you eliminate Graphene Oxide from the body?
In these article using mice they used “statin drugs”, specifically SIMVESTATIN (Zocor) to bind to Carbon Nanotubules CNTs and eliminate them from circulation. This study provides new breakthrough and reference data for prevention and treatment effects of drugs on damages and toxicity caused by nanoparticles to the biological body. Therefore, it can be speculated that the toxicity or damage of carbon nanotubes might be decreased or cured through urgent elimination of the accumulated nanoparticles from the biological body as well as treatment of inflammatory disorders or other.
It is well known statins have obvious effects on regulating blood lipid, delaying the extent of atherosclerosis, anti-inflammation and anti-thrombosis, and thus are commonly used to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or anti-inflammatory in clinical trials.. In addition, one of statins pharmacological effects is widening myocardial tissue clearance according to the view of doctors. Thus, statins may promote the excretion and anti-inflammation of nanoparticles that accumulated in the body to a certain degree, thereby reducing or eliminating tissue inflammation
In this study Simvastatin improved the biocompatibility of CNTs to Erythrocytes (RBC) in vitro and showed a good therapeutic effect preventing damage to RBC. This study is the first to investigate prevention and treatment effects of drugs on damages caused by CNTs and provides new insights and breakthroughs for management of nanoparticles on health hazards.
This second study also looked at the effects of Simvastatin on mice injected with Graphene Quantum Dots GQD. What they found was extraordinary. Simvastatin acted to preserve the integrity of blood cells in circulation that were exposed to Graphene oxide. Furthermore, toxicity of PEGylated GQD could be completely eliminated by the clinic cholesterol-lowering drug simvastatin. Simvastatin eliminated both the PEG-GO bound to the plasma membrane and the GQD within cell.
Both studies used mouse cells. In the later study it was established that a dose of 20 mg/Kg Simvastatin of body weight was required to eliminate the Graphene. If this model can be applied to humans one would have to consider the dose requirement of this Statin drug. Regardless, this looks promising!
SIMVASTATIN:
Simvastatin, sold under the brand name Zocor among others, is a statin, a type of lipid-lowering medication. It is used along with exercise, diet, and weight loss to decrease elevated lipid levels. It is also used to decrease the risk of heart problems in those at high risk.
John Hopkins now claims you can get diabetes, dementia, and cataracts from long-term use of these statins. Always trust the experts. LOL
