According to the patent, magnetic fields and radiation emitted by the earth’s surface (presumably from 5G Cell Towers) are essential for not only the HAARP weather modification systems but also heating up the earth’s surface and shutting down all communication networks.

They are weaponizing the towers themselves to destroy areas of the earth’s surface. Call it Climate change on-demand or perhaps a solar flare or an EMP or a Nuke?

This Tesla Technology was indeed being used for much more than just climate change: “Patent #4,686,605 claims it has the following uses: “cause…total disruption of communications over a very large portion of the Earth…disrupting not only land-based communications, but also airborne communications and sea communications (both surface and subsurface)… missile or aircraft destruction, deflection or confusion… weather modification… by altering solar absorption… ozone, nitrogen etc. concentrations could be artificially increased.” ⁸

The earthquake in Turkey is an example of Tesla’s Technology in action. People saw a red circle in the sky prior to the earthquake. We can only speculate that this Weapon of Mass Destruction was emitting frequencies and charging the ionosphere in order to activate an earthquake.

But wait, there’s more! This technology can be used to increase Nitrogen gas concentrations in the atmosphere. Excess Nitrogen in the atmosphere can produce pollutants such as ammonia and ozone, which can impair our ability to breathe, limit visibility and alter plant growth. Enough Nitrogen gas can be used as a biological decontamination system.

Elon Musk’s Starlink satellites orbit approximately 342 miles (550 kilometers) above Earth and operate in the Giga Hz Frequency.

Lightning is known to emit significant electromagnetic energy in the radio-frequency range from below 1 Hz to near 300 MHz, with a peak in the frequency spectrum near 5 to 10 kHz for lightning at distances beyond 50 km or so.

Then, of course, there is always Franco Vitaliano and his Clathrin GQD’s. This from Franco Vitaliano:

“Heating sources, such as NIR or visible light, the magnetic field, ultrasound waves, microwaves, and radio frequency waves, are used to generate a progressive temperature rise in a specified target region, clinically known as hyperthermia.”

“GQDs are graphene nanoparticles with the properties of quantum dots. GQDs employ the property of photoluminescence (PL), which explains the emission of light produced by the excitation of electrons.”

“Controlling the size of GQDs, modifying their surface characteristics, or adding dopants like aluminum, nitrogen, or boron can change the PL excitation, emission wavelengths, and enhance different properties. For example, Lee et al. utilized benzylamine and 4,4′-(1,2-diphenylethene-1,2-diyl) diphenol (TPE-DOH) with GQDs to prevent aggregation-caused quenching. Similar to this, Wang H functionalized GQDs with nitrogen doping, increasing quantum yield up to 54% and improving photoluminescence. Moreover, Ji et al. successfully coupled GQDs with PEG to increase colloidal stability and minimize cytotoxicity. In contrast to dopants, oxygen-rich functional groups confer strong water solubility and facilitate surface conjugation, both of which are useful in biological applications. Furthermore, the presence of π-orbitals throughout the sp2-hybridized GQDs lattice improves drug delivery. Therefore, GQDs are potentially promising materials for biomedical applications.” ¹⁴

As lightning blasts through the atmosphere, it breaks apart nitrogen molecules. This allows them to combine with oxygen in the air to form nitrogen oxides. Poof goes the species.
