Prince Charles has been criticized for endorsing homeopathy by becoming a patron of The Faculty of Homeopathy, which supports registered Homeopathic medical professionals. But others were less impressed, given that homeopathy has been described by the House of Commons’ as “scientifically implausible” and “rubbish.” The Prince’s continued support for homeopathic remedies comes despite the NHS having all but abandoned them and in 2017, they announced plans to eliminate them on prescriptions on the NHS. Simon Stevens, NHS England’s chief executive, said homeopathy was “at best a placebo and a misuse of scarce NHS funds”. The Queen also uses Homeopathy extensively and travels with a collection of homeopathic remedies. “Luc Montagnier, the French virologist who won a Nobel prize in 2008 for linking HIV with AIDS, last week made controversial claims that highly dilute solutions of harmful viruses and bacteria emit low-frequency radio waves, allegedly from watery nanostructures formed around the pathogens. Similar claims have been made for homeopathic remedies.”
The signal is linked to the ability of these micro-organisms to cause diseases, which depends on the capacity of the microorganism to bind to cells. The researchers discovered a novel property of DNA; the capacity of some DNA sequences to emit electromagnetic waves after excitation by the ambient electromagnetic background. They speculated that all DNA may be capable of emitting EM signals. They detected similar EM signals in the plasma and in DNA extracted from the plasma of patients suffering from Alzheimer, Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis, suggesting that bacterial infections are present in those diseases. Moreover, EM signals could be detected from RNA viruses, such as HIV, influenza virus A, Hepatitis C virus.
In patients infected with HIV, EM signals were detected mostly in patients treated by antiretroviral drug therapy and had cleared the virus from the blood indicating that there was “viral memory” within the serum or water component of the blood. Antiretroviral therapy is the standard treatment of HIV infection. It is generally a cocktail of three or four viral inhibitors and proteases and results in a complete clearance of the HIV virus in the patient’s blood. However, as soon as the treatment is stopped, HIV viral multiplication resumed within weeks. This indicates the presence of a viral reservoir that is not accessible to the antiretroviral drugs which is believed to arise from viral DNA integrated within human DNA inside cells. Research now shows that antiretroviral therapy activates the release of HIV DNA sequences into the patients’ blood triggering viral replication a few weeks following drug therapy creating a perpetual dependency on these drugs. Hence these antiretroviral drugs will never be able to achieve complete eradication of the viral infection.
There are many hypotheses on how memory of chemical substances could be formed and retained in water. The “silica-water epitaxy hypothesis” is one; epitaxy refers to the structural imprint of one substance on another (water) and forms the basis of homeopathy. Silica, one of the most abundant substance on earth found in the glassware for making homeopathic remedies is believed to play a key role in the potency of homeopathic preparations. Luc Montagnier has made a fascinating discovery that helped to affirm the “science” behind Homeopathy. Dr. Luc Montagnier was also a supporter of alternative treatments for HIV and no longer advocates for antiretroviral therapies. Plot Twist: And what exactly has Dr. Luc Montagnier done with his own research on this potential breakthrough for the treatment of infections in the last 10 years? He moved his research to China! The Vegas of the NWO where everything done in China… stays in China!

Jiaotong University in Shanghai (known as the MIT of China) said Montagnier would lead a team of researchers and a “Montagnier Institute” would be created as part of the sciences faculty. The hiring of Luc Montagnier was formalized in a nominating ceremony on November 18, 2010 according to a statement issued by the Chairman of the Communist Party of the University, Zhang Jie said the recruitment of the Nobel Prize winner was evidence of the “Rapid development of economy, science and technology, education — especially higher education – Chinese” referring to the “Thousand Talents Project” established in 2008 by the Central government of China to recognize and recruit leading international experts in scientific research and innovation. Both the United States and Canada have warned that China intends to use scientists who are involved with this plan to gain access to new technology for economic and military advantage. A scholar who participated in the review of the introduction of Montagnier by the Ministry of Science and Technology said “Montagnier has been doing research for many years at Jiaotong University.” In 2018, he signed a cooperation agreement with the “China Institute of Invention Transformation” in Foshan, Guangzhou to jointly build the “Luc Montagnier Laboratory”. The China Association of Inventions was established in Beijing in 1985 under a joint initiative which included the CCP, state leaders, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Jiaotong University reports directly to the Chinese Military. Montagnier is leading a research team at the university and has also established an academic committee to introduce international first-class talents and expand the size of the research institute itself. In 2010 a series of sophisticated online attacks on Google and dozens of other American corporations were traced to computers at two educational institutions in China, with close ties to the Chinese military. Apparently Macron’s Islamic Affairs Advisor, a French researcher and former Tunisian Hakim Al-Qarawi, co-authored the Montagnier Institute’s study on “Extremism of Islamism.” Al-Qarawi, along with the French Council for the Islamic Religion, proposes the launch of an independent council in France that will control various Muslims markets in France, namely Hajj, Zakat and the Halal market. He believes that Salafism (Islamic extremism) came to France through Algerian students returning from studies in Saudi Arabia and the “Imposition of fees and taxes on Hajj, Zakat and Halal markets” provides the finances to fund Islamic extremism in France which has led to a number of terrorist-related atrocities. Many believe this will further incite resentment from the more than 5 million Muslims living in France.
Al-Qarawi previously worked as Director of Acquisitions for the Rothschild Bank representing the Mediterranean and Africa. He was also a speechwriter for the former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin and was later appointed as the head of the Institute of Islamic Cultures. Al-Qarawi, was also the former advisor to Tunisian President and dictator Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, and today he is doing the same under Emmanuel Macron. He was instrumental in developing Macron’s plan to reform the practice of Islam in France. Macron now proposes to put the “training centers of the imams” under the administrative control of the French state, bypassing the basic principle of government which is neutrality of the secular state in matters of religion. A French site revealed the hidden agenda behind this proposed legalization; Hakim Al-Qarawi aims to escalate the Muslim Brotherhood’s presence in France by imposing the control of the Brotherhood’s imams and fundamentalists within a government-sanctioned agency thereby legitimizing the Muslim Brotherhood especially with regard to foreign funding, places of worship, the preparation of imams and officials of mosques, and Islamic associations in France. This technology has been referred to as DNA Teleportation and up until now, we all assumed was unachievable. The electromagnetic frequency range required for this technology is between the range of 100 Hz to 10,000 Hz which is a lot higher than power lines which use 60Hz. However 4G and 5G technology operate at even higher frequencies of 700-2500 MHz (700,000-2,500,000 Hz) and 28 GHz to 39GHz (28-39 billion Hz) respectively. This would be sufficient to transmit these deadly signals through cell phones! Since the human body consists of 75 percent water, the Graphene oxide in vaccines which is electromagnetic would act as a conductor allowing these signals to transmit deadly viral “memory” into your body!
